Receiver’s Counsel

I represent Receivers appointed by the Court in Foreclosure cases. Receivers often retain counsel to represent or assist the Receiver in carrying out the Receiver’s duties in managing the property. This can include guiding them through the practical and legal challenges they encounter during the receivership. This can include resolving issues with the municipality where the property is located and litigating claims against the debtor, tenants and others.
